Susan Winner's roots in the home design industry are well-established and have been honed for many years. She has spent more than 20 years identifying and working with the best brands in the kitchen and bath arena. First as a salesperson for the Portland Group's showroom Splash, and then as Editor of the Bath Category at HomePortfolio, the ground-breaking product directory founded in 1998. Susan championed brands, both large and small and has traveled nationally and internationally to trade shows to seek out the very best products. As Director of Manufacturers Sales, she advised and consulted with HomePortfolio sponsors building her reputation of trust and retail search-related knowledge with them. She comes full circle now calling on New England bath showrooms, communicating with sales people as only someone who's done the job can. She brings her editor's eye and showroom sales experience to every aspect of Winner & Associates.
Lauren Possick is the perfect example of the apple not falling far from the tree. She grew up watching her mother work as the kitchen and bath editor of the groundbreaking luxury product website HomePortfolio. She then watched Susan take that experience to the next level, forming her own successful agency, Winner & Associates.
Having absorbed and learned about the luxury kitchen and bath industry from the ground up, Lauren joined Winner & Associates in 2018. Lauren is an integral part of Winner & Associates, providing support to clients and showrooms in New England.
Marc Lever is Susan's husband as well as her business partner in their ten-year old company. Marc has extensive retail sales experience, as VP of Sales for a number of New England furniture retail brands including Scandinavian Design and Brazil Contempo, as well as helping to grow HomePortfolio's kitchen and bath retailers program. Marc and Susan believe that serving their clients needs means providing their showrooms with the best service. "If a showroom is open, then we're working."
